2. Litter Box
Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar into your cat’s litter box, then add the plastic liner … if kitty makes a hole in the plastic, the sugar will absorb the urine.
3. Flower Power
Add a tablespoon of sugar and one of vinegar to extend the life of flowers in a vase.
4. Picnic Time
To trap flies, mix ¾ cup of sugar, 2 cups of milk and a few shakes of ground pepper in a saucepan and simmer for ten minutes. Pour into shallow bowls and place around your patio area. Flies will be attracted to it and get trapped in the sticky stuff.
