Ali Larter Reveals Her Secret Beauty Regimen for Staying Glowing and Ageless at 48
Ali Larter knows the secret to staying gorgeous!
The Legally Blonde alum, 48, who has been promoting her new Paramount+ show, Landman, opened up about how she's been keeping herself glowing.
"My new thing, it goes: juice, gym, steam, cream. Being on a press tour, I’ve been from New York to London to L.A., back to New York. You’re jumping time zones, you’re super dehydrated, no matter how much water you drink," she divulged in a recent interview. "I ice my face. I ice plunge it and it makes you feel better and it tightens your skin."
The blonde beauty emphasized how consistency has been key for maintaining her fresh look. "For me, I have to steam or go for a run in the morning to get my blood pumping, and it’s always tons of hydration," she added.
In the new series, Larter stars alongside fellow Hollywood icon Demi Moore, whom she couldn't help but gush over. “I think [her beauty hack is] her joy for life. I mean, that woman lives in gratitude. She’s fun and she loves to dance,” she said of her fellow cast member, 62. “[Demi is] a spirit and it’s been really wonderful to get to know her and have her as a woman on the show.”
Another reason for the Obsessed alum's radiant energy may be her quiet life in Sun Valley, Idaho. As Morning Honey previously reported, Larter and her husband, Hayes MacArthur, moved their two kids out of Los Angeles, Calif., after the pandemic.
"We fell in love with the beauty of the mountains and their quiet grandness," she explained during a recent interview. "Neither of us had ever lived in a small town before. People look out for each other. There’s a real sense of community here and we’re so happy to be a part of it. Most of the time in my life, I feel like I’m going 1,000 miles an hour and these giant rocks chill me out."
“The mountains have a way of grounding you and slowing you down — especially when you’re stuck in traffic because there’s a herd of elk blocking the road," Larter spilled.
The actress has often shown off her peaceful lifestyle on social media. "Jersey cowgirl, back on the saddle! What can I say? If anyone told me three years ago that I would be living in the mountains, raising myself and my family, rediscovering my marriage, and that would lead to this new life I would never have believed it," she wrote in an Instagram post last year alongside a photo of herself smiling while riding a horse.
