Golden Girls! Anya Taylor-Joy & Adriana Lima Drop Jaws In Metallic Looks At The Premiere Of 'Last Night In Soho': Pics
The red carpet at the October 25 premiere of Last Night in Soho turned into a fashion runway thanks to actress Anya Taylor-Joy and model Adriana Lima.
Scroll down to see what the stunning ladies wore to the Los Angeles event, which was held at the newly opened Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
So voluminous! The movie star's metallic Dior gown stole the spotlight with its plunging neckline, strappy back and chevron, pleated skirt.
The Golden Globe winner styled her platinum blonde tresses in loose waves and added an elegant touch with an emerald necklace by Tiffany & Co.
Stylist Law Roach stays true to Taylor-Joy's preferences when picking out the perfect piece for her.
"I always get the girls that are a bit fearless when it comes to their style," told WWD. "I think that’s what the attraction is because that’s the way I look at styling and fashion. I would definitely say [her style] is fearless with a touch of whimsy."
As the Queen's Gambit lead twirled around on the carpet, onlookers got a peek at her gold sandals.
"When you have someone that doesn’t have any fear and loves fashion and loves to experiment, then those types of looks are the outcome of that," Roach noted of working with his superstar client.
Also at the movie screening was Lima, who showed off her long legs in a yellow gold-plated minidress. She added a silver pair of ankle-strap heels and circular drop earrings.
When it came to makeup, she played up her eyes with thick eyeliner and chose a deep red lipstick for her pout.
"I always like heavy and full, elongated, voluminous lashes," she's said of her favorite look, admitting she applies mascara up to four times!
Lima also has a tried and true tip for ensuring your lip makeup last.
"If you don’t have that stay, like 24-hours lipstick, you can use a regular one and what you do is apply and take a Kleenex and pat the excess and apply again," she shared with Us Weekly. "And you do that like four times and that stays forever."
