Yeehaw! Beyoncé's Ivy Park Rodeo Collection Is 'Inspired By The Culture & Swag' Of The Houston Rodeos She Attended As A Child
Beyoncé has gone country!
The singer's latest clothing collaboration with Adidas, Ivy Park Rodeo, is "inspired by the culture and swag of the Houston rodeo," the star told Harper's BAZAAR, revealing that the event is something she used to attend every year while growing up in Texas.
"It was this amazing diverse and multicultural experience where there was something for every member of the family, including great performances, Houston-style fried Snickers, and fried turkey legs," she recalled.
The new line consists of apparel, footwear and accessories in dark denim and cow print.

The mom-of-three wowed in a denim top and coordinating wide-legged snap pants.
The line consists of 58 apparel pieces, five footwear styles and 13 accessories, all of which celebrate "the formidable impact of Black men and women on American Western culture," the brand shared.
Round 'em up! The collection also celebrates the "oft-hidden history of Black pioneers within cowboy and cowgirl culture and their continued influence and impact on the American Rodeo."
"Many of them were originally called cowhands, who experienced great discrimination and were often forced to work with the worst, most temperamental horses," explained the "Single Ladies" singer. "They took their talents and formed the Soul Circuit. Through time, these Black rodeos showcased incredible performers and helped us reclaim our place in western history and culture."
This is the first time an Ivy Park x Adidas collaboration unveiled a line for kids.
There are 16 activewear styles ($20 to $65) available, which includes T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, sweatpants and tights, all coming in colors like Purple Glow, Glory Blue and Purple Cow Print.
"On our family vacations, we love to coordinate our outfits. My kids are usually on set with me for shoots, and we’d find ourselves putting them in extra-extra-smalls so we could match," the superstar explained. "So, it is a natural progression for Ivy Park to introduce a selection of key silhouettes in children’s sizing."
Bey and husband Jay-Z are parents to daughter Blue Ivy, 9, and 4-year-old twins Rumi and Sir.
The Texas native showed off her impressive abs in a pair of denim chaps. She also donned a pair of chunky sneakers.
The new line features washed heavy French terry materials, denim monograms, purple glow cow prints, utilitarian-inspired zips and snap fastenings.
Ivy Park Rodeo launches exclusively on adidas.com for 24 hours on August 19, followed by a global launch the very next day.
