'Bridgerton' Star Phoebe Dynevor's Everyday Wardrobe Is A Far Cry From Daphne's Regal Attire — See Photos!
What would Lady Whistledown say?
On May 31, Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor was seen taking a walk around London — but since she wasn't in her character Daphne's classic ball gowns or corsets, she was hard to recognize!
Scroll down to see the actress' low-key everyday look.
Clad in a pair of relaxed fit jeans, black tank top and buckled slide sandals, the British star looked like any other girl in her 20s as she checked her phone and used a pair of AirPods.
Her aviator sunglasses also helped her go incognito — otherwise, she would surely be bombarded by fans, as the Netflix drama became the most-watched series on the streaming service after its debut!
"I had no idea what we were filming and I just I just worked my butt off and hoped for the best," she told Variety of whether she expected the series to become so popular. "I remember, Johnny Bailey and I having conversations where we were like, what is this? Are people gonna get what we’re trying to do? Because it just feels so strange. And luckily, they did."
Dynevor kept a blue cardigan around her waist and stopped by a local shop to grab a green juice.
While the actress is reportedly dating Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson, her Bridgerton character's love life in the second season is up in the air, as her onscreen husband, Regé-Jean Page, opted not to return for more episodes.
Though she "had a bit of a heads up" about his departure, she admitted it's still a bummer. "But again, the show centers around the Bridgertons and there are eight books. And I think maybe the fans of the books were more aware of that happening than the fans of the show," she explained on Variety's podcast. "Because I think the fans of the books know that every episode is about a different sibling. And we're very much passing on the baton to the lovely Johnny [Bailey], who plays Anthony and that will be the main storyline of season two and the story arc of season two."
The star debuted a new hairstyle a few weeks ago, opting for trendy curtain bangs, shaggy layers and a bright, copper tone. Her colorist even shared a photo of her cut on Instagram.
A slew of Hollywood stars have been changing up their 'do lately, including new blondes Billie Eilish and Selena Gomez.
