If you've been dreaming of Simon Basset — sigh, who isn't?! — then we've got excellent news for you! Instead of watching season 1 of Bridgerton all over again, you can now buy a wall calendar or undated planner to keep you organized going into the new year — and who doesn't want to look at the Duke's face over and over again?
Universe Publishing, the pop-culture imprint of Rizzoli New York, announced that the Official 2022 Bridgerton 2022 Wall Calendar and The Official Bridgerton Undated Planner will go on sale on November 9 and December 7, respectively.
The calendar is ideal to hang up in your office or home, as it showcases the iconic cast members, including the Duke, Daphne Bridgerton, Lady Danbury, Queen Charlotte, the Featheringtons and more.
Meanwhile, the undated planner is perfect for jotting down your notes and plans, and it's safe to say that Lady Whistledown would be proud!
The organizer features the Duke, Anthony Bridgerton, Queen Charlotte, the Duke and more and comes with a sticker sheet, spiral binding, a front storage pocket and an elastic band closure.
The cherry on top of it all is that both the calendar and the planner won't break the bank, as the former is $14.99, while the latter is $22.99.
The Netflix series debuted in December 2020, and while the Duke's character won't be in season 2, fans are still getting excited for what's to come.
“Anthony is going to have a love interest next season, and I think it’s going to be as sweeping and moving and as beautiful as viewers of the first season have come to expect from the show. We left him at the end of the first season at a bit of a crossroads, so I’m looking forward to jumping in and discovering how he fares on the marriage market," creator and showrunner Chris Van Dusen said.
Meanwhile, Nicola Coughlan, who plays Penelope Featherington, teased that viewers are in for a while ride. "The drama has amped up a lot," she said. "As I say, we're shooting all those big dramatic scenes for the end. It's exhausting but very satisfying."
"I felt very lucky when I got given the script to series two, like when you're an actor in a show already ... [and] they've just given [me] so much good stuff," she added.
