His Big Debut! Chris North Seen Filming 'And Just Like That' Alongside Sarah Jessica Parker — See The Snaps
There he is!
Filming for And Just Like That, the follow-up series to Sex and the City, kicked off last month, and though fans were overjoyed to see Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis reprise their roles, they were also dying to get a glimpse of Chris Noth as Mr. Big — and now that day has finally arrived!
On August 2, the actor was spotted alongside SJP in downtown NYC, with both of the stars were dressed in formal wear.
Scroll down to see Noth's debut on set!
Just like old times! Noth sipped on a cup of Starbucks coffee while chatting with a crew member in between scenes.
"I’m thrilled to be working with Chris again on And Just Like That…" executive producer Michael Patrick King shared. "How could we ever do a new chapter of the Sex and the City story without our Mr. Big?"
Wowza! Parker's character Carrie Bradshaw stole the scene in a black bodysuit, a voluminous cream skirt that featured big black polka dots and a pair of embellished pumps.
The real showstopper was the oversized pink and black headpiece! "Your average Monday," she quipped of the outfit on Instagram.
The unique purse the actress is carrying was made by artist Rebecca Moses.
"So thrilled to have one of my rare handpainted vintage handbags to be worn by @sarahjessicaparker. The bag is one of 12 rare bags I handpainted and available at @marlenewetherell," the designer explained on Instagram. "Each bag is an example how to do sustainable luxury and connect it with art and style. I am so thrilled for the stylist Molly Rogers to embrace this concept !!"
Uh oh! The iconic duo seemed to be in the midst of an argument on the city streets.
When the SATC franchise wrapped, the characters tied the knot, but their status in the new episodes has yet to be revealed.
Last week, SJP was seen shooting scenes with Bridget Moynahan, who played Mr. Big's ex-wife, Natasha Naginsky. Sounds like drama!
The new HBO Max series will consists of 10 episodes that center on the ladies "as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s."
Noth held on to his phone while taking off in the other direction as SJP stood by.
Actor Willie Garson, who plays Bradshaw's good friend Standford Blatch, was also on set that day looking as dapper as ever!
