The model showed some skin in a sleeveless black frock designed by David Koma. The piece featured a slit above the knee and boasted three circular cutouts at the waist, all of which were outlined with sparkling crystals.
She finished off the outfit with silver hoop earrings and a pair of black wrap-around ankle heels.
Fans have been loving the star's latest collection of recipes.
"Thank you for supporting my book 😭 it really means so much to have it in the arms of so many," she gushed on social media. "It has been my honor to bring joy to your kitchen."
Her third Cravings installment includes step-by-step directions for dishes like Shawarma-Spiced Skirt Steak Salad, Chickpea Crunch-Wraps and Stuffed PB&J French Toast.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star sent a newsletter to fans upon the book's release.
"I wrote this book during a rough time when my cravings for comfort food hit an all-time high, and it’s full of recipes to make with and for your loved ones now that we can be together again," she shared. "All Together is all about making the classic recipes we know and love even better," she remarked. "More delicious, more fun, and more modern (we have actual proof Beef Wellington isn’t boring)."
Teigen previously revealed that writing the cookbook helped her deal with the grief of losing her and John Legend's third child, son Jack.
"So many of you stood by us during that time! I cannot thank you enough. The journey changed me in ways nothing else ever could and while it was the absolute most painful thing I have endured, I have emerged stronger and hungrier than ever," she wrote in the book's introduction. "Hungry for my family, hungry for my friends, hungry for love, hungry for work, hungry to make you hungry, and just plain f*****g hungry."
