Daddy's Little Girl Is Growing Up! Dwayne Johnson Is So 'Proud' Of Daughter Jasmine For Winning Her Horseback Riding Competition
Talent runs in the family!
Dwayne Johnson declared he was "one proud daddy" as his 5-year-old daughter Jasmine came out victorious in her horseback riding competition.
On August 2, the Jungle Cruise lead shared a photo from the event, which showed the father-daughter duo flashing their pearly whites, with the tot's blue ribbon pinned to her jacket.
"One proud daddy as my baby learns discipline, respect, focus and hard work with a smile — setting a solid example for her baby sister, Tia 💪🏾♥️," Johnson captioned the sweet post.
The former wrestler also gave "a big thank you to all the amazing riders who are teaching Jazzy the ropes of the sport — you girls are amazing!"
Following the win, Johnson and his little girl celebrated with some ice cream.
Aside from Jasmine and 3-year-old Tia — whom he shares with wife Lauren Hashian — the actor also has 19-year-old daughter Simone from his first marriage.
Last February, the teenager followed in her dad's footsteps by signing with the WWE.
"It means the world to me," Simone said of her new gig. "To know that my family has such a personal connection to wrestling is really special to me, and I feel grateful to have the opportunity, not only to wrestle, but to carry on that legacy."
"First of all, what an honor that my daughter wants to follow in my footsteps. But more importantly, follow in my footsteps sounds cliché, but she actually wants to blaze her own path, which is just so important," the Furious 7 star noted of her goals for the future. "She wound up being the youngest signee in the history of the company."
Despite his macho man persona, the father-of-three insisted that "every man wants a son, but every man needs a daughter."
"All my girls have become the great equalizers in my life — I’m surrounded by estrogen and wouldn’t have it any other way 😊," he admitted. "And man I hope she never gets tired of holding these big ol’ dinosaur hands, though I suspect one day she will."
