Shaping Up For The Summer! Reality Star Gizelle Bryant Reveals How She Dropped 15 Pounds
The new year brought along new goals for Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant.
After gaining "10 or 15 pounds" during the pandemic, the socialite turned to Nutrisystem to help her get back in shape, and just seven months in, she's already dropped 15 pounds!
"With Nutrisystem, it gets delivered to your door so I didn't need to worry about going out and buying all this junk, all this stupid stuff that I was eating," she explained to E! News. "The pounds just literally fell off."
Instead of giving herself a target weight, Bryant said, "I just want to look in the mirror and feel like a hot, sexy mama, that's it."
The star has clearly gained more confidence, as she hasn't been shying away from showing off her figure on social media.
Though going on a diet can get boring, the Bravo personality insisted that she can still eat the things she craves while sticking to the meal plan.
"I love my cookies and cakes and pies," she noted. "Nutrisystem has the best versions which will help you with your sweet tooth."
The mom-of-three has always been dedicated to exercise, but she decided to turn her routines up a notch to help burn those extra calories even quicker.
"This year I wanted to incorporate something new in my workout regimen so I started swimming. I totally freaking love it!" she told Fox News of the activity, which she aims to do three times a week. "I'm so mad I didn't incorporate this a long time ago. It helps me feel complete from head to toe. My body is a little more crisper, if that makes sense."
Fans may notice her slimmed-down look when they tune in to RHOP, which aired its season 6 premiere on July 11.
The drama came right away in the episode, as after feuding last season, Bryant stated that she wanted an apology from Karen Huger, who questioned her romance.
Viewers will have to tune in next week to see what happens, as the premiere wrapped up with the famous words "to be continued" flashing across the screen.
RHOP airs on Bravo on Sundays at 8 p.m. ET.
