All She Needs Is A Tiara! Hailee Steinfeld Looks Like A Sugarplum Princess Come To Life At 'Hawkeye' Screening β Pics
Haute for the holidays!
While Hailee Steinfeld plays an athletic badass in Marvel's soon-to-be released miniseries Hawkeye, she showed off her girly side while attending a November 11 screening of the show in London.
The event was all decked out for the season decorated with evergreen trees, purple ornaments, mounds of fake snow and more!
Check out her festive outfit below.
The singer-actress sparkled in Richard Quinn's short peplum dress that featured a bustier bodice. While the top was made from pink silk, the skirt portion featured a lattice and white floral print, which matched her gloves.
For a twist, she added a pair of black pants underneath instead of opting for tights or bare legs.
While the Pitch Perfect 3 star's heels stayed hidden under her flowy pants, her diamond drop earrings certainly caught everyone's attention.
After the event, the brunette beauty wrote on Instagram, "THANK YOU LONDON πΉ."
Meanwhile, her friends couldn't get over her princess-worthy ensemble. Actress Bailee Madison wrote, "What a beauty inside and out," which was echoed by Maude Apatow, who commented, "Soooooooooo gorg."
For her new superhero role as Kate Bishop/Hawkeye, the Oscar nominee had to learn to use a bow and arrow β though she admitted she was little too confident at first.
"I'd watched so many videos of actors and professional archers doing it, so by the time I got to the archery range for the very first time, I literally picked up the bow like I knew what the heck I was doing, loaded the arrow, and felt ready to go," she recalled to Entertainment Weekly. "My instructor looked at me and was just like, 'OK. We got work to do.'"
"It's very, very exciting to be in the MCU at all. I still haven't been able to get over that," she gushed of the part. "Playing someone that people are in fact very excited to see β it makes me feel honored to be the one bringing her to life."
The action show also stars Jeremy Renner and Vera Farmiga.
Hawkeye debuts on Disney+ on November 24.
