The Kardashians are everywhere — from social media to billboards, we are constantly being bombarded by their presence. So, it's no surprise that when Electric Ride On Cars conducted some new research about the wealthiest celebrity families in the world, the Kardashian-West clan came in at No. 1, with a family net worth of over $8 billion. (Yes, you read that right!)
Even though the Kardashian-West crew — which is made up of Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner and more — are no longer filming their new show for E!, they have a new deal with Hulu, in addition to all having successful makeup lines. (Kim runs KKW Beauty while Kylie has Kylie Cosmetics.)
Kim insisted that she didn't become successful over night. “If you asked me to pick fame or fortune, I would not pick fame. It’s always been about working hard and making money. I never didn’t work hard. I had a job all through high school, always worked and was always proud to work, whether in a clothing store or for my dad. I never wanted an easy ride or a free ticket," she said.
The number two spot goes to the Hayek-Pinaults — a.k.a. Selma Hayek and her husband, François-Henri Pinault — who make over $7 billion.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé landed the third spot (over $2 billion) while the Trumps have the fourth slot, with a family net worth of about $2 billion.
The Trump-Kushners are in fifth, with $1.6 billion.
The Hilton-Rothschilds (Nicky Hilton, Paris Hilton, etc.) have a family net worth of $1,050,000,000, while the Beckhams (David Beckham, Victoria Beckham, etc.) have a family net worth of $1,005,000,000.
According to the website, "the family that has seen the biggest increase in family value are the Parker-Brodericks of Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, who have climbed an amazing 11 places up our previous ranking, putting them in 17th place."
The Jolie-Pitts (Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt), the Windsors (Queen Elizabeth and the late Prince Philip), the Furnish-Johns (David Furnish and Elton John), the Willis-Moores (Demi Moore, Bruce Willis) and more also topped the list.
