Is Kathryn Hahn ready for another How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days movie?

The funny lady, 51, was recently questioned about if she would ever consider reprising her role as Kate Hudson's neurotic best friend, Michelle Rueben, in the beloved rom-com if a sequel were ever to be in the works — and she seemed up for a reunion!

Kathryn Hahn would be into doing another 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days' movie.

"I feel like we have to, especially if we are in our seventies," Hahn said in an interview about the possibility of another film. "I am so game. That would be fantastic. We got to get on it."

The Almost Famous alum, 45, has also expressed interest in returning to the early 2000s story. "We just need to bite the bullet and do it," she explained in an interview earlier this year. "We might be in our seventies!"

Kate Hudson also said she would come back for 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days' sequel.

Hudson was once again pressed about the issue by Andy Cohen during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, and she pointed to Matthew McConaughey to get the ball rolling. "All that matters would be the script and if Matthew and I were into the script," she added. "I think we're both totally open, it has just never happened."

Luckily for Hudson and Hahn, the Dallas Buyers Club actor, 54, is ready to do it! "I mean, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days is teed up for one that you could easily do a sequel,” he said during a 2020 interview on Daily Pop. “As far as romantic comedies go, that was a really good one. And it lasts. People still love that one. I enjoyed that one quite a bit.”

Kathryn Hahn said she would return for a sequel if she was 'in her 70s.'

The on-screen couple, who have worked together many times over the years, both admitted they would love to reunite for another project. "We challenged each other, we busted each other's chops and we laughed a lot," the Texas native said about the blonde beauty. "And there was a bit of rock and roll exchange that [we thought], 'Oh, this could be some heavyweight fun.' And I think that's why I was cast and that's why, to whatever extent, it worked."

"Those casting, meeting couches, especially for rom-coms are — you want to see the chemistry between the two leads. You want to see how the jive is," McConaughey said of making movie magic. "We're not reading through the script, we're not reading lines."

'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days' hit theaters in 2023.

When asked about their film partnership, the Nine actress said during a Life in Pictures talk at BAFTA in London in 2022, "We had an energy together, I wanted to play with him. It felt kinetic. We both have a competitive spirit, we’re both super athletic. We like to push each other and I just love Matthew’s commitment to everything; he’s razor-focused. What you think he is, is is.”

Entertainment Tonight conducted the interview with Hahn and Hudson.
