After rumors swirled about Kim Cattrall appearing in the upcoming season of And Just Like That, the actress took to social media to shoot down any speculation of her returning to her old stomping grounds.
Kim Cattrall made it clear she will not be appearing in Season 3 of 'And Just Like That.'
"#AndJustLikeThat - It Looks Like #KimCattrall (aka Samantha Jones) Will Be Back For And Just Like That... Season 3 After All!" one fan penned on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Cattrall, who made a quick cameo as her beloved character during Season 2, replied to the message, writing, "Aw that’s so kind but I’m not 💋.”

The Ice Princess alum has distanced herself from the franchise that made her a star after a rift with costar Sarah Jessica Parker. "We’ve never been friends," Cattrall during a 2017 appearance on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories about her cast members. "We’ve been colleagues and in some ways it’s a very healthy place to be because then you have a clear line between your professional life and relationship and your personal."
When the blonde beauty's brother tragically passed away in 2018, Cattrall took to Instagram to slam the Failure to Launch actress. "My Mom asked me today 'When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?' Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now. Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven’t already) You are not my family," she penned.
Kim Cattrall has been candid about her feud with Sarah Jessica Parker.
"You are not my friend. So, I’m writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your ‘nice girl’ persona," the Canada native added.
Parker has spoken out about the Mannequin star's anger toward her and why the AJLT producers knew she wouldn't be interested in partaking in the show full-time. “We did not ask her to be part of this because she made it clear that that wasn’t something she wanted to pursue, and it no longer felt comfortable for us, and so it didn’t occur to us," the Annie actress explained during a 2022 interview with "The Hollywood Reporter’s Awards Chatter" podcast.
Sarah Jessica Parker has spoken out about Kim Cattrall's anger toward her.
"It’s so painful for people to keep talking about this ‘catfight’ — a ‘fight,’ a ‘fight,’ a ‘fight,’” Parker added. "I’ve never uttered fighting words in my life about anybody that I’ve worked with — ever. There is not a ‘fight’ going on. There has been no public dispute or spat or conversations or allegations made by me or anybody on my behalf. I wouldn’t do it. That is not the way I would have it. So I just wish that they would stop calling this a ‘catfight’ or an ‘argument,’ because it doesn’t reflect [reality]. There has been one person talking."
