Lauren Conrad, Stephen Colletti and More 'Laguna Beach' Cast Members Reunite to Celebrate 20-Year High School Reunion: Photos
The Laguna Beach cast is all grown up!
On Saturday, November 30, Lauren "LC" Conrad, Stephen Colletti, Dieter Schmitz and more alums from the beloved MTV reality series came together for their 20-year high school reunion.
The fashion designer, 38, took to her Instagram Stories to document the class of 2004's get together at Hotel Laguna. "We had so much fun celebrating our 20-year (!!!) high school reunion last night! ... Such a beautiful night 🤍,” she penned alongside a snap of her cocktail and the beach.
Conrad also uploaded a photo of herself sandwiched between Trey Phillips and Dieter Schmitz, as well as a glimpse of her name tag and vintage yearbook picture.
Former student Morgan Smith shared fun photobooth pictures of the crew, including Christina Sinclair, Colletti, which played over Hilary Duff's bop "Come Clean," which served as the series' theme song.
Lo Bosworth was noticeably absent from the bash, while Kristin Cavallari graduated with a different class.
Laguna Beach ran from 2004 to 2006. The reality series documented the lives of teenagers at Laguna Beach High School, following their friendships, relationships and more. The Paper Crown creator even got her own spin-off show The Hills.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Conrad sat down and viewed an episode of the show for the first time. "Watching it was, like, so much worse than I had imagined it would be," she said while appearing on Colletti and Cavallari's "Back to the Beach" podcast in 2022. "It was really cringe-y. And I noticed, like, I don't say a lot in this show. ... It's just really little bits and, like, weird faces for me."
"If I could relive any moment ... it would probably be, like, graduation or prom," the L.A. Candy author revealed. "I think the hardest part is that I feel like we didn't really get to go off and have, like, a normal college experience. I think a little bit of, like, normalcy ... we missed out on that. But it was worth it."
When asked by her former costars about her biggest regret, Conrad emphasized how badly she felt about once calling Cavallari a "s---" during the cast's trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
"I'm so sorry," she said to the Very Cavallari star, 37. "I couldn't believe I did that. Because I think where I'm at now, like, I would never call another woman that. ... It was, for me, like, the most embarrassing moment. I was like, 'Oh, gross.'"
