Miranda Kerr Says Her Family Is 'Complete' After Welcoming Baby No. 4: 'I Feel So Blessed'
Miranda Kerr is one happy mom!
The model, 41, who welcomed a baby boy with her husband, Evan Spiegel, in February, recently gushed over how content she's been as a parent of four children.
"My newest little son really completes our family," Kerr revealed in an interview. "I feel so blessed to have him." The cover girl also shares Myles, 4, and Hart, 6, with the businessman, 34, as well as Flynn, 13, with her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom.
"Growing up, I was a bit of a tomboy. I would often watch my dad fix V8 car engines and fit hotdogs [mufflers] on to exhausts, but I always knew I wanted to be a mother," Kerr noted.
The brunette beauty, who married Spiegel in 2017, has been open about how passionate she is about letting her little boys grow into their authentic selves. "It’s beautiful to help them be who they’re meant to be. Give them the nurturing to be who they want to be and [are] meant to be, and not project onto them who you might want them to be," she explained during an appearance on Bumpsuit's "The Village" podcast earlier this year.
"It’s really who they are that you’re nurturing, and really encourage their own spiritual journey and uniqueness within that," Kerr continued. "From the moment that they’re born, they have their own little soul. And sometimes we think, is it conditioning, or is it who they are? It’s obviously a combination of both, but they do have their own [personality]."
The fashion icon also noted how the best parenting advice she's ever received was from her own mother. "Shine your light in this world and don’t be afraid to walk in the way that you want to walk. Always be true to yourself, follow your intuition," she said. "Another thing my mom taught me is whatever you’re doing, give it 100 percent. For me, that is whether I’m changing a diaper or washing the dishes, or doing my PNL or developing a product. Always give your all."
"Taking time for yourself, listening to your body, and prioritizing self-care is important to feel your best so you can give the best of yourself to others," she added of staying focused on her well-being.
In celebration of Mother's Day this year, Kerr took to Instagram to praise her fellow mamas. "Sending love and blessings to all the mothers and mother figures out there! I am so grateful for my incredible Mum and to my four boys who are my greatest joy in life 💖🌻🌈," she wrote below the post.
