Nearly two decades after the third The Matrix film debuted, Hollywood came out to celebrate the premiere of The Matrix Resurrections on December 18.

Jada Pinkett Smith, who reprised her old role, wore a show-stopping red gown with a long, voluminous train. She kept in theme with a red pair of tights and red wrap-around heels.
"It felt so good to be reunited with @thematrixmovie fam," the actress declared on social media.
The star was joined on the green carpet by her son Jaden Smith, who showed off his quirky flair for fashion.
The singer donned a black and white ensemble with puffy sleeves.
The film marks Priyanka Chopra's debut in the franchise. She looked stunning as always in a sequined dress that had a thigh-high slit and a rust-colored embellishment at the top.
"What a night! The Matrix premiere! Also @luxurylaw brought it! The colors of my dress are an ode to my character in the film, Sati. I can’t wait for all of you to meet her!!" she revealed on social media. "So proud of this cast and crew. What an honour. Thank you Lana. @TheMatrixMovie #MatrixResurrections."
The Bollywood star explained that she appreciated the franchise's inclusivity in both the cast and fictional characters.
"I think that The Matrix movies really respect that," she said of the topic. "To bring in Eastern philosophy, which I — having been raised in the East and grown up in India — feel like there’s something so powerful about the ancient wisdom that comes down, from cultures that are so old, and have been passed down from generation to generation."
After the event, the Quanitco alum posted a photo from a plane.
"I’m so thankful for my family. Thank you all for being a part of this amazing moment with me," she gushed. "My team without who I would never be able to do any of it. Grateful."
Outer Banks starlet Madelyn Cline wore a black long-sleeved frock with a deep V-neck and two thigh-high splits. She paired the daring look with sheer black tights and black heels that had silver ankle straps.
The actress attended the event with two of her pals and posted mirror selfies on her Instagram.
