They Feel Pretty! Rachel Zegler, Ansel Elgort & More Attend The Los Angeles Premiere Of 'West Side Story' — Pics
At long last: after being delayed for over a year due the pandemic, Steven Spielberg's West Side Story has finally hit theaters!
The cast came out for the Los Angeles premiere at the El Capitan Theatre on December 7, and their red carpet attire didn't disappoint.

The newcomer, won won the role of Maria, was breathtaking in her embellished cream gown by Elie Saab.
"Genuinely, nothing else matters," she wrote on Instagram. "Happy premiere 2.0 to the little group project that could, @westsidestorymovie."
The actress also wore a pair of Jimmy Choo's and donned jewels from Neil Lane.
"I am a happy, happy girl. i have waited for this moment for 4 years and all i can say is: @westsidestorymovie, you have my heart and soul," she gushed as she kicked off press junkets for the musical.
Though the flick is a remake, Zegler says the new version isn't trying to erase the original.
"That film exists as this incredible piece of pop culture that everyone has seen and been affected by in some way. I don’t think any of us would ever try to recreate that," she explained. "There are things to improve on and things to address. It’s such a cultural phenomenon, that film and the musical in general."
Ansel Elgort looked dapper in a double-breasted suit and bow tie. The Fault in Our Stars lead plays teen Tony.
The Divergent star was accompanied on the red carpet by his longtime girlfriend, Violetta Komyshan, who donned a black sequined dress.
"I couldn’t be more proud to be standing alongside these extraordinary people," he captioned a cast Instagram. "Can’t wait for you all to see this movie!!!!"
Dance Moms alum Maddie Ziegler, who portrays Velma, turned heads in a patterned halter gown.
"If you had ever told me i’d get the chance to be a part of a steven spielberg movie, i would’ve never believed you. a dream doesn’t even begin to describe last night," she shared of the premiere. "I can’t wait for everyone to see this beautiful movie. so much love."
Dear Evan Hansen lead Ben Platt stepped out in a cream suit and white shoes for the movie event.
Emmy winner Darren Criss wore a velvet double-breasted suit jacket and black slacks.
