Dani Burrell, expert founding trainer at Rumble Boxing, wants everyone to get into the ring — whether you've thrown a punch once or over 100 times.

"Rumble Boxing is such a great work out because it embodies many of the essential elements of exercise — a mix of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, skill and technique training, power and HIIT. Not only is it super fun with great instructors and music but the actual workout is smart and challenging!" she exclusively tells Morning Honey.

The workout "is the ultimate fusion of boxing and strength training," she notes. "Our signature class includes 10 total rounds (45 minutes) with three minutes each round. Half the class is on the bag side doing various boxing combination drills and the other half is on the floor side, doing a mix of strength training, conditioning and HIIT."

"What separates Rumble from the rest is its non-intimidating approach to boxing. We welcome all levels and really work toward creating a fun and safe environment to learn such an amazing sport without the intimidation. We also have specially curated music that creates such a unique vibe that you can't find anywhere else," she continues.

The fitness guru said the workout is 'catered towards all levels of boxing.'

Burrell makes it clear that you don't need to be a boxer when you arrive to the studio. "This workout is catered towards all levels of boxing — from beginner to advanced. Even if you have no plans to step into the ring, you will learn the attributes that make up a true fighter: confidence, grit, determination, coordination, and of course, conditioning," she explains, adding that "the high repetition of punches in boxing requires a ton of muscle endurance. Your muscles undergo a constant exchange of activation and exertion which is key for sculpting muscles."

"While the Rumble class is challenging, we offer approachable cardio and strength exercises that can be modified so you can Rumble at your own pace. All of our exercise choices are functional and help build and sustain a solid strength foundation perfect for all levels of fitness," she adds.

According to the fitness guru, there is "really nothing" else that compares to this workout.

"The overall brand is all about boxing to dope music and having a good time. We strive to create an experience that is high energy, challenging and very fun," she says. "The workout is so fun because of the class setting. We've got cool LED lights that add such a fun element to the studio, we have projections that make the workout easy to follow and we have great instructors that not only offer knowledge, instruction and motivation but great music to keep the vibes going."

She states: "The long term benefits of Rumble are increased boxing skills, better strength and conditioning, increased stamina and endurance, increased agility and power, plus improvement in overall well-being and confidence."

The Rumble Boxing studio footprint has exploded in the past few years and it is continuing to grow, with over 100 locations in the U.S and internationally, including Mexico, Dominican Republic, Australia and Tokyo. New locations are coming soon to Jersey City and Montclair in New Jersey, South Tampa, Fla., Pasadena, Calif., Tanasbourne, Oregon, and international locations in Newstead, Australia, and Qatar.

The trainer said 'boxing changed my life.'

Ultimately, Burrell is hoping others enjoy the class as much as she does. "Boxing changed my life. The physical benefits were great but the mental strength and confidence I built from boxing has truly shaped the person that I am today. I love how boxing forces you to be present and only focus on the target right in front of you," she concludes.
