Anahata Sabat (formerly Jamie Sabat), founder of Plant Magic Bottle Shop, is making waves in the non-alcoholic space, as she's a leader in the wellness, biohacking and sober-curious movement.
It all began when she was in search for holistic health solutions during her pregnancy, which led her to establish High Vibe Women, a spiritual wellness community offering zero-proof beverage events and holistic networking opportunities.

The entrepreneur wants people to feel 'empowered' without needing to drink alcohol.
"When deciding on a college major, I initially gravitated toward psychology, fascinated by the intricacies of human behavior. However, I eventually shifted my focus to graphic design, earning a BFA from a college in London. Even in those early stages, I was intentional about choosing a path that would allow me to channel my creativity and build my own business in the future," Anahata exclusively tells Morning Honey of her journey to becoming a businesswoman.
Now, Plant Magic Bottle Shop curates functional, non-alcoholic beverages made with euphorics, nootropics and adaptogens like ashwagandha, lion’s mane, reishi and CBD. Each drink promotes mood enhancement and mental clarity, redefining mindful sipping without the hangover.
"What I love most about running the shop is the opportunity to truly make a difference in people's lives by helping them feel better, both physically and mentally, and encouraging them to embrace a more positive mindset. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing someone discover a product that resonates with them or sparks a shift in their well-being. It’s those moments of connection and impact that make it all worthwhile," she explains of Plant Magic Bottle Shop, which is different than anything else out there as it focuses on clean ingredients. Every product is free from sodium benzoate, a common preservative linked to hormone disruption and other health concerns.
She continues, "The feedback has been truly incredible. Many customers have shared that they didn’t even know these types of products existed, and they’re so excited to discover a whole new world of mindful and wellness-focused beverages. People love the opportunity to learn about the ingredients and benefits while sampling the delicious options we have in the shop."

The businesswoman wants to help people be more 'present.'
Going forward, Sabat has a lot more left to complete, including "expanding" her efforts in "education" and becoming "more involved in speaking engagements centered around the mindfulness movement."
"Helping people understand the importance of being present, cultivating self-awareness and fostering a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them is something I’m incredibly passionate about," she notes. "I hope to inspire people to truly embrace who they are and to pursue their passions wholeheartedly, even if their ideas seem unconventional or out of the ordinary. There’s so much power in staying authentic and creating something that genuinely brings joy and fulfillment, not just to yourself but also to others."
In five to ten years, the entrepreneur would love to expand her shop even further, creating a "larger, more dynamic space that serves as a central hub for wellness and community connection."
"My goal is not only to grow the retail side of the business but also to get these incredible products into restaurants and bars, where they can reach even more people and become a natural part of everyday life. With a larger shop, I’d have the opportunity to host more frequent events, workshops and tastings, creating an inviting environment where people can come together to learn, explore and celebrate wellness," she says, adding there are "so many amazing products and brands I'm passionate about and would love to showcase or collaborate with in the future," including 1:11, Brae, Mocktail Club, Society De La Rassi, Cali Sober, Parch, Curious Elixirs and Bennu.
Ultimately, the wellness guru wants to be a resource for others — no matter where they are in their life.
"I hope that I'm helping to open people's eyes to a new way of socializing and connecting, where alcohol doesn’t have to be the central focus. I want people to feel empowered, knowing they are already good enough and cool enough without needing alcohol to fit in or have a good time. My goal is to share a variety of delicious, mindful alternatives that not only offer a healthier choice but also show that fun and meaningful experiences don’t require a drink in hand," she states.
