Teyana Taylor Feels 'Refreshed And Recharged' After Sudden Hospitalization, Says She'll Be Back For Her November 30 Concert
Teyana Taylor is on the mend! Just one day after the multifaceted star revealed she was admitted to the emergency room, she took to Instagram to announce she'll be back on stage for her November 30 show.
"Refreshed, Recharged🔋 The Last petal 🥀… The last bow… ATL SHAWTYYYY," her November 29 post read. "It’s up!!!!!!!!!!! 😤💪🏾🌹."
On November 27, the dancer had to suddenly pull out of her The Last Petal performance in Connecticut, and the next day, she posted a photo from a hospital bed to explain what happened.
"My team & I tried everything down to the very last second to get me out on that stage, but my body simply just gave out, which actually started a few days ago," the 30-year-old-shared. "SHUT DOWN, my body actually low key betrayed me cause ah bitch was tryna get on that stage 🙄."
"Y'all have seen me with a broken foot and all types of other crazy s**t but still got on that stage and bodied it 😩😩 But honestly you have to listen to your body and know when to sit down; or it will definitely sit you down….. in the ER 😑 ," she continued. "Mine sat my ass down in the ER for sure but I’ve since got the proper fluids and nutrients put back into my body all night/morning & will take the next few off days to continue to recover."
Taylor promised her fans that she'll be rescheduling the CT show, and she also offered her sincerest apologies for not being able to perform.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for all the warm love, sweet videos & prayers from my CT rose petals…. I love y’all! Thank you for being so understanding," the dancer gushed. "Y’all know Petunia don’t miss no shows & most importantly, know I’ve been leaving it all on tha stage for a month straight 1000%. So I am really saddened to have not been able to do the same for you last night."
While her November 30 show in Atlanta was supposed to be the tour's finale, she's yet to reschedule the CT date.
