Victoria Beckham doesn't care about people's perception of her.

"I suppose it used to be fun to go out and be chased by paparazzi walking down Bond Street — and you would dress knowing you were going to get that. I don't want that anymore," Victoria explained in a recent interview about her more "discreet" existence in recent years.

"I've been doing this too long. I suppose I did when I was growing up but, nowadays, there's just too much going on; too busy; too many kids to worry about. I woke up at 50 and I gave a s--- less," the fashion designer, who shares sons Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and daughter Harper, 13, with her husband, David Beckham, 49, added.

Victoria Beckham has 'too many kids' to worry about to be concerned with her public image.

Despite having a full house, Victoria has still made time to grow her empire. In 2023, the Victoria Beckham brand made a profit after launching in September 2008. "It’s a huge accomplishment," she noted.

"The company has been through so much over the last 17 years — ups, downs, restructuring... it's been quite the journey. So, finally, to be able to say we're profitable is something I'm so proud of because it's not an easy industry and it's getting harder and harder. To be able to say that I'm selling clothes right now when you look at how luxury is struggling..." the "Stop" singer said. "I actually gave myself a little pat on the back."

Victoria and the former soccer player have been married since 1999. However, the power couple hasn't been immune to rumors about trouble in their relationship.

"Do you go through tough times? Of course. That's part of relationships. It's part of marriages. It's part of having children. It's part of having responsibilities," David admitted in a 2017 interview on BBC radio. "We know each other better than anybody. People have talked about, 'Do we stay together because it's a brand?' Of course not. We stay together because we love each other, because we have four amazing children."

Victoria Beckham and David Beckham have been married since 1999.

The matriarch has said equally glowing statements about her life with the Hollywood hunk, whom she first met in 1997. "I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children. We always make time for each other as a couple and as a family. David and I have nothing to prove," Victoria said in a 2020 interview. "David and I both have a strong work ethic and I believe that’s a good example to set our children."

Harper's Bazaar UK conducted the interview with Victoria.
